This listing is for a used crankshaft from a 1996 Honda CR250. It has been left out in the weather and therefore has some surface rust - this should clean up OK - as well as some minor dents/scuffs that shouldnt affect operation (sahown in 2nd photo). It looks to have a new conrod fitted, so it should be good to use as is once cleaned up.
