This used part was removed from a KTM 300EXC TPI 2020 model. 

This is a usable condition part with signs of wear and damage if any as shown. Will need a replacement spring. Details below from manufacturer below:

•  Brake arm is constructed from forged A2014 aluminum for strength and durability
• Spring loaded rotating brake tip to help eliminate bending and breakages
• Brake tip position is adjustable to place the tip closer to or further from the footpeg
• Brake tip is thin so it doesn't hit the ground while you're cranked over through turns
• Designed to stop mud or sand from jamming the brake tip open
• Brake tip is anodised and is made of CNC machined A7079 aluminum Stainless steel components to resist corrosion
• Black anodised finish with laser print logo.
