It consists of an advanced heat treatment that increases the hardness of the pins surface and of a new assembling technology. This improves the wear and fatigue resistance, which means the minimum elongation of the chain even in case of poor lubrication or other heavy working conditions.The Morse Silent Chain for motorcycle engines are manufactured in Japan by Borg Warner Morse TEC, leader in the world with more than 90% of market share.
